Privacy Policy
At AmazeArb, your privacy and security are our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how it is stored, and our strict security philosophy.
1. Access to Funds & API Keys
Security is paramount. When you provide Exchange API keys and Secret keys to the bot, they are:
- Securely encrypted within the system.
- Used exclusively to query prices and execute trades securely on your behalf.
Furthermore, AmazeArb requires strictly "Trade Only" API permissions. Withdrawal permissions must be disabled. We mathematically and technically have no ability to access or move your crypto assets outside of the exchange.
2. Data Collection & Usage
To provide a seamless experience and authenticate your bot license, we interact with the Telegram API. We store the following minimal information on our secure servers:
- Your Telegram User ID (Numeric).
- Your Telegram Username and First Name.
- Your Subscription Status (Expiry date, level, max days).
- Your Support Tickets (messages sent to our support team).
We do not share, sell, or expose any user data to third parties.
3. Payments & Billing
Payments for AmazeArb licenses are handled securely via third-party providers: Telegram Stars and CryptoPay. We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, wallet addresses, or sensitive payment instrument details. We only receive a cryptographic confirmation from the provider that an invoice was paid to extend your license.
4. Third-Party Integrations
The AmazeArb bot fetches public market data directly from exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, etc.) and decentralised aggregators (Airdrops.io, AirdropAlert.com). Interaction with these exchanges is subject to the privacy policies of those respective platforms.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new features. We will notify users of any significant changes via the Telegram Bot broadcast system.
6. Contact Us
If you have questions regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us via the built-in Support Ticket system inside the bot or open a ticket with @AmazeArbbot.
